HORRIBLE
We were in Mykonos for our honeymoon and it was my wife’s 25th birthday and I had booked Nero for dinner. We arrived at Kivotos prepared for our private dining experience and were taken into a ‘private room’ and offered a glass of Water on arrival. My wife and I both assumed this was a part of the “fine dining, exclusively private” experience. The manager entered the room asking who we were, we said we were there for our private dining reservation, she immediately laughed and said it has been fully booked out with a private function and nothing can be done. I had called 48hrs prior to the reservation to confirm our booking and was told it was confirmed and booked To be laughed at in our faces and escorted out of the hotel infront of everyone with no resolution or apology was embarrassing and unprofessional! We hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Be aware when booking this restaurant for dinner.
