The new signature Aiolea restaurant at the upper terrace of Aegon Mykonos, is a Greek Gastronomy Restaurant like no other. Curated by the Executive Chef George Stylianoudakis on the food and world class bartender Panos Kanatsoulis on the drinks, it is a culinary proposal of summer temptations difficult to resist. The restaurant interiors are laid out in a compact island space of Cycladic charm and contemporary decor, opening to a delightful veranda overlooking the bay of Kalo Livadi. Aiolea wishes to serve our table with an eclectic gastronomy experience of Cycladic Greek artisanal flavours and unforeseen exotic cocktail drinks.
Outside visitors are welcome, but table layout is space limited, prior reservation is necessary to guarantee a place to this unique dining experience.
