PROMO GREECE is the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through the Site, within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the "GDPR").

Analytics data is processed by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google may transfer data to Google LLC in the United States; such transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. We have enabled IP anonymisation. If you decline or withdraw consent, no Google Analytics cookies are set and existing ones are removed. You can additionally use Google's browser opt-out add-on.
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the Site (hosting and infrastructure providers, and Google as described above), under data processing agreements, and with authorities where the law requires it.
